Scott Ponuick - President, Partner & Strata Agent

Scott is the President, Partner, Senior Strata Agent at Peninsula Strata Management Ltd. Licensed to work as a Strata Agent since 1998, Scott has been employed by several of the largest Strata Management companies in BC with experience managing a mixture of residential, commercial and industrial Strata Corporations.With an extensive background in operations, Scott’s hands on approach to Strata Management has allowed him to become a “specialist” in the management of newly built strata developments. Scott works directly with a number of prominent developers during the initial planning stages to ensure that the Strata Corporation’s foundation is laid for success. Mr. Ponuick has the experience necessary to manage any Corporation to the highest standards possible.

Scott has assisted and coordinated a number of major building maintenance and renovation projects including building envelope retrofits/remediation’s, roof replacements and re-pipes during his management tenure. In his spare time Scott enjoys spending time with his family exploring beautiful BC, travel and hitting the slopes to ski or trails to ride motorcycles as much as possible.

 

Cecilia Hu - Partner & Strata/Rental Agent, BBA, CGA, MBA – CFO, Managing Broker

Cecilia is a graduate of Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting) and the recipient of the Ken Caple Scholarship from SFU for academic excellence and community work. She holds CGA designation and was one of the top 100 on CGA-BC Honors list since 2012. She also received her Master of Business Administration through Laurentian University in 2014.

Her employment with two major strata management companies in the lower mainland have provided her with a broad experience of the property management industry since 2007. Cecilia completed her “Rental Agent” and “Strata Agent” designation in 2015 and in 2017 obtained her broker designation. During this time Cecilia has handled a portfolio of commercial and residential strata properties and is well- versed in the requirements of the Strata Property Act, Commercial Tenancy Act, and the Real Estate Act.

 

 

Cristin Corneille – Strata Agent

Cristin Corneille joined our team in January of 2012 after obtaining her Strata Agents license in the fall of 2011. She obtained her Bachelor of General Studies from SFU and has an extensive background in the Hotel, Food and Beverage Industry. Her work experience included being a Controller of a large chain restaurant and coordinating the opening of new restaurant locations and staff training. She also has worked with the CBC as a program assistant and a financial administrator. Cristin has been with Peninsula Strata Management for a number of years and she currently manages a portfolio consisting of a combination of condominium and townhouse complexes.

 

Jim Crawford – Commercial Strata Agent and Property Agent

Jim Crawford has been actively involved in the construction/development industry since 1974. His expertise has been as a Land Developer, Property Manager, Project Manager, Estimator and Site Superintendent. Over the past 38 years, Jim has been involved in major construction projects from the conceptual planning stage to the final inspection. Other responsibilities have included tendering, financing, budgeting and project control. Mr. Crawford is also fully conversant with estimating, project design and building layout. He has acquired these skills from his past experiences as an on-site Superintendent/Project Manager and has seen the successful completion of over $1 billion in projects. Projects include wood frame buildings, structural steel and industrial buildings and concrete buildings ranging from tilt-up warehousing to high rise residential towers.

 

Ken Drebit - Strata Agent

Peninsula Strata Management Ltd. welcomes Ken Drebit to our team of Strata Agents. Ken has been in the industry for over 15 years and is licensed as an Associate Broker, for both Rental and Strata Management. Ken’s background includes not only working as a Strata Agent but also a Managing Broker for some of the largest strata management companies in British Columbia. Ken brings with him a wide range of experience, knowledge and understanding of how to efficiently manage strata corporations. Ken has returned to his roots as a Strata Agent to enrich and coach strata corporations as they manage the operations on a day to day basis. There are 3 things which, Ken says are important to him; 1. Great Customer Service, 2. Family and 3. A Sense of Humour..

 

Robin Kaul - Strata Agent

Robin has a personality that is devoted to learning and is guided by a strong sense of morals and integrity. A foundation shaped from his considerable time in sports, through life experiences, past academic studies and work history as a skilled tradesperson, have helped him to form a unique skillset. He continues to play competitive golf and recreational hockey, but, more importantly, prides himself in his role as a father to his daughter and husband to his wife. 
As a Strata Agent, Robin aspires to bring innovation to his management style. He has a goal to provide a level of service that extends beyond traditional duties, looks forward to fostering an exchange of accurate and reliable information, resources and past experience, all in an effort to assist Council’s as they navigate the management of their Strata Corporation.
In his spare time, Robin believes in volunteering, while balancing the completion of his undergraduate degree. Robin has served as a Strata Council member since 2019 and acted in the role of President and Treasurer for since 2020.

 

Maria Shaharyar – Strata Agent

With six years as an adept office assistant, Maria’s developed an aptitude for being organized, and a proficiency to effectively communicate and collaborate. Holding a background in Education and Environmental Sciences, Maria's drive to become a strata agent is fueled by a desire to make a positive difference in the Owners lives within their strata homes. Her educational foundation assists her in duties to effectively manage building operations, coordinate maintenance, and maintain oversight of the strata’s operations. Maria’s goal is to help her strata develop a sense of community and engage with all for the betterment of the strata corporation. Kiki Yu – Strata Agent

Kiki holds a Master of Business Administration from Japan's National Niigata University, earned in 2002. As a real estate investor with ownership in multiple strata corporations, Kiki understands the concerns and priorities of owners, and recognize the paramount importance of safeguarding a strata corporation's assets. Since immersing herself in the Vancouver real estate scene in 2020, Kiki has actively managed her own properties, gaining invaluable insight into strata regulations and operations. Her tenure as a strata agent assistant further solidified her grasp on these intricacies. With a rich professional history encompassing senior management roles and a comprehensive operational background, Kiki adeptly collaborates with all stakeholders involved. His academic background, combined with his practical experience, provides for a comprehensive and well-rounded approach to strata management. Throughout his career, Zohaib Siddique has successfully overseen all aspects of strata-related operations, including financial management, maintenance planning, vendor selection, dispute resolution, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Nupur Agrawal – Strata Agent, Master in International Business

A passion for driven to enhance community living through effective property governance, Nupur, is a results-oriented professional with a keen focus on Strata Management. As a dedicated Strata Council Member, she brings a wealth of experience and a strong knowledge, and commitment to fostering positive change within strata communities. Nupur completed her master’s in international business, and has her past employment as a Financial Advisor, coupled with her educational background, and volunteer experience, equips her with a comprehensive understanding of the management and complexities of strata management. Dennis Huang - Strata Agent

Dennis brings many years of experience managing a diverse residential portfolio throughout the Metro Vancouver area. He is recognized for his proactive approach to building maintenance, strong communication skills, and commitment to delivering exceptional service to residents and council members he serves. He is passionate about creating thriving strata communities, and takes pride in helping strata properties remain clean, well-maintained, and operating efficiently. Licensed as a Strata Manager in 2025, Dennis is dedicated to continuing his service to strata communities across British Columbia. Dennis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Simon Fraser University. Throughout his career, Dennis has successfully overseen numerous large-scale building renovation and maintenance projects, including plumbing retrofits, roof replacements, and HVAC system upgrades. His practical knowledge of building operations, combined with his property management expertise, enables him to effectively navigate complex projects while maintaining the best interests of the communities he serves. She has gained comprehensive experience in strata financial management, budgeting, levy administration, and day-to-day strata operations. Through her professional roles, Mandeep Kaur has worked closely with strata councils, owners, and service providers, developing a strong understanding of strata administration, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting.
